  Outward Bound School Programs are more than an isolated Outdoor Education experience. We work closely with teachers and their school to develop the program for their students. During the programs, teachers play an important and integral role in the facilitation of the students' learning experience. This page provides information to help teachers prepare for and make the most of their Outward Bound experience. This page also shares many of the benefits and rewards that teachers have received when attending Outward Bound with their students.

Knowing that we can safely provide such a powerful experience for their students brings peace of mind for teachers, parents and Principals. Outward Bound partners with schools in a number of ways to complement the values of the school and the aims of their Outdoor Education Program.

  Our list of Partner Schools includes schools who choose to send entire year levels, multiple years and smaller groups of students as part of an optional outdoor educational program. Some of our schools are supported through Outward Bound's Regional Community Partnerships Program .
