Outward Bound is committed to building stronger communities around Australia. We work with communities to build their capacity and by delivering inspiring personal development programs for their young people. This section of the website is devoted to sharing stories about some of the important community development work that Outward Bound is engaged in.

  Outward Bound is about building stronger communities by inspiring the new generation. Outward Bound's Regional Partnerships Programs are an initiative designed to foster growth in communities of regional Australia, and allows not only the youth of the area but the whole community to benefit from an Outward Bound program. This page provides background, stories and information on how to establish one of these programs. • Aspiring Leaders
  
  Outward Bound's Aspiring Leaders Program is one of its fastest growing and most successful programs. This program is being delivered around the country for local communities such as the Hunter Region and on a national scale. The National Aspiring Leaders Summit was launched in 2007 and has already garnered strong support from corporate Australia and other social sector organisations.
