Outward Bound has great off-the-shelf team-building options available, or we can work with you to customise programs to your specifications.

We are happy to support your external consultants or introduce you to our partners specialising in Team Management Systems (TMS), DISC and other assessment tools. The purpose of assessment is to identify and measure the team's current strengths, weaknesses and needs. The results of an assessment process can be used to design a training strategy to close the gap and monitor progress. Of course, you might already be clear about what you want, and just want us to run the program!
