Casual Instructor Positions

WE ARE OPENING UP CASUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO THE AUSTRALIAN OUTDOOR PROFESSIONAL FIELD!

Traditionally, casual staff utilised during our peak seasons have been solely ex-Outward Bound Australia instructors. We are offering a great opportunity to individuals that have not previously experienced working at Outward Bound to deliver our exciting programs.

 

 

We are seeking staff who have some degree of outdoor education experience, and are looking to build their level of experience further. Essential qualifications include:

  • Leaders Wilderness First Aid
  • Bronze Medallion
  • Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation
  • Swift Water Rescue (if working at our Victorian site)

We are offering ongoing casual work opportunities and once you have passed our assessment program, you will be added to our staffing pool permanently.

Location of Work

The areas in which you will work are dependant on operational need, as well as your preferred location. Possible areas include Northern NSW, VIC, ACT and WA. Job opportunities are State based, so you can work close to home if you like.
