Internship: Certificate IV Outdoor Recreation
Our Cert IV based internship offers a route to working at OBA for those that have limited outdoor experience. You’ll need to be passionate, dedicated and ready for full on and full time adventure. Our internship program is internationally recognised as one of the best instructor training programs in the world. It does incorporate a Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation but it shouldn’t be confused or compared to other Cert IV’s on the
Direct Entry Instructors
What we refer to as ‘Direct Entry’ instructors are instructors who come to work for us on a seasonal or full time basis and who come with previous outdoor education training and or work experience. You’ll need to be able to prove that you have relevant industry qualifications and or work experience and you’ll need to be allowed to work in Australia. Casual Instructors
If you live near one of our centres or are prepared to travel then you may be interested in joining our growing pool of casual instructors. We keep a database of suitably qualified and experienced casuals who we can call upon an ad hoc basis. We pay competitive casual rates and also offer access to on-going training.
